Why cats are difficult to train – Part 26

Cats are difficult to train simply because they are crappy animals. All they want to do is sit around and be lazy all day. The good thing about them is they are already potty-trained and hunt mice. The bad thing: They run around the house in circles when they get excited, they scratch up your furniture, they hang out in dumpsters and bang their brothers and sisters all day long.

Dogs are alot easier to train and and have saved many lives! The bad thing about dogs? Ummmmm hmmmmm oh they do not come pre-potty-trained!

The good things: They help in search and rescue, national security(bomb-sniffers), drag us around in the snow all day(sled dogs), can sniff out cancer easier and faster than our up to date technology ct scan and other machines, can guard your house, protect your children, hunt 800 pound yezo bears in Japan, save drowning victims. Are even effective at hunting mice?(RAT TERRIER), pirates and sailors kept Newfoundlands(known for rescuing drowning victims) on their ships because they could detect land from many miles away? Search Dogs and their owners here on helium, and you will find my article with many more reasons why they are considered man’s best friend including how we evolved them, and with them.

When a dog can do anything a cat can do better, what’s the point of having or trying to train a cat?
